Hey does anyone still have a lot of success with the proxy business? I tried it out a while ago and gave up to quickly. Seems like a hard market to get into? Anyone have any inspiration stories?
I have success with it. The reason is because unlike almost all of the proxy owners here, I use my own methods and I am constantly experimenting with new ways to get traffic and earn revenue. And no, I don't really know PHP so it's not like I'm coding my own proxy - it's just that I know how to think for myself and use it well.
No. Probably the least paying would be this. Just do some research and figure it out. No one is going to take from their earnings by telling anyone their keywords.
I do remember that "Proxy Server" was a very high paying proxy keyword... one of the highest... you should try that, but you will most likely get less clicks.
I've been hosting my proxies before I decided to quit business and they've hosted me as good as I was hosted with TE So if I can suggest a good proxy company, I'd suggest you that one, definitely
Submit here http://www.unblockedproxysites.com/ for free organic us and uk traffic gud thing, backlink is not required... only web proxies allowed, no topsites, blog , etc
Has anyone tried peerfly.com for serving ads on any proxy related type site? Suppose I could email them and ask if they accept them but wanted to see if any one heard of or even tried them to see if its worth the hassle of there sign-up. Also why is it this thread seems to be dead now? Hasn't had a post in it for 3 days.
Just switched over to a domain he felt more suited the type of site it is. Didn't care for the hyphenated domain. So yes topbits is the new url for tech-faq. Did not switch owners only domain names
It did start already this coming should be the last week for a lot of schools. Since in the US they stagger the breaks so every senior from ever school in the US is not in one spot. A good amount of them are back in school but a lot are still out for one more week.
surprisingly i saw a dip in last 2 days rather from the start from April 1 Edit: maybe its cuz of Easter !
Is paying for spots in email blasts still an effective way of promoting proxies? All of my proxies are at least 6 months old... Does anyone have any suggestions for promoting them?
