1 proxy is a good start to learn the game Yes glype is a good and free script. Recommendations about hosting? I use a 3 VPS because I have a large network (about 150 proxies) but any host is good for only 1 site. You can view some reviews in my forum related to Proxy Webmasters ( proxyedit.com )
is it underground theme? I had used that theme with no problem, you maybe forget to upload some files or php error after you edited some code.
Congratulations! I am also happy about it because whenever you report good news from Smwotion I experience the same hours or a day or two later. The same happened with 2 report of yours about Adsense
Haha I'm the good-luck fairy. But most likely, this was just a once-in-a-million clicks happening. Most likely a high paying advertiser's ad just barely matched a keyword on my page and a user happened to click that ad.
