Hi, 1) Blockacountry is the easiest system to use to block traffic from certain countries, however it isn't always uptodate so you might still get some traffic you don't want to 2) Well proxy owners don't pay too much for templates I guess anywhere from $10-25 per template. Guess it matters on how complicated it is
1.I still prefer GeoIp coz it more user friendly. 2.I would buy not because of the design but due to the optimized page CTR higher than normal template.
Now , as Phpproxy and glype script , still can't passing through facebook site anyone who knows which type of proxy script can be used to works on facebook last week when i first using glype it works but now in can't be use to open fb.. it is the script or hosting .?

Are you sure that message was from school kid? Maybe it was from a competitor trying to make you invest more buying expensive domains.
