Where did you get this fact? You can use Adsense on any amount of proxy sites but make sure DO NOT place your Adsense on the proxified page.

placing ads on proxified pages does not harm TOS if proxy is allowed. I will limit the proxy from opening porn sites.

 

Whether its porn or not..nobody can place adsense on proxified pages..you can put it in the home page of your proxy but never in the proxified pages..or you will be banned by adsense immediately..

The secret is to use any forum and as many forums as you can (must be do-follow); Your thread titles should be a phrase of which is easy to compete with in SE but still have popular searches; Your description should use the keywords/phrase as many times as you can. That way, you wouldn't exactly have to do SEO on your site when your site can be listed within other sites who already have good SEO (if that makes sense ).

For Forum Signatures; you will need to participate in teen forums (theres alot of these).

No, you proxy will get blocked soon after its release anyway by most schools/colleges...etc. But; lets say that you have 30 days from when you promote your proxy before it gets blocked by most areas, would you rather (this is just an example), get 25K of free traffic, or 60k of paid traffic or both? If you decide to have just free traffic, then you could have got more money out of your proxy from when it has got blocked if you introduced paid traffic too; and the same goes for the other way around.

Proxy.org or Addvertise.info email blasts are quite great. They both have threads for their services in the market place.

Edit: By the way; I wouldn't recommend starting a proxy right now because there are Easter Holidays for the next 2 weeks; so your earnings and traffic will be really REALLY low.
