The Proxy Discussion Thread

I could login to Facebook with CGIProxy. But when I click on my profile, it logs me out and..proxies itself (loops the proxy script threw itself). So the urls like

https://www.example.com/cgiproxy/nph-proxy.cgi/000010A/https/www.example.com/cgiproxy/nph-proxy.cgi/000010A/http/www.facebook.com/home.php=3d3f

PHP:

That means it loops threw, and if I click again i I get a blank page.
Facebook is impossible! I swear they designed that site so it doesn't work in proxy sites.

 

seems to be working fine on glype

just need to uncheck "encode url" and increase timeout limits if you have set it to less than 10

 

myspace block for me :/ everytime I try to login with my proxy they just redirect me to google.com. I still can't solve this problem arghh

 

I just tried my test CGIProxy installations and the old versions don't really work at all (can't see all the status updates) and the latest versions have the loop through issues. Removing javascripts makes the site completely unusable now so there must have been a recent change to make the new format even more dependent on ajax/javascript than it was previously.

 

Where can i get a free/pay proxy template?

Yeah, it has been like that for weeks now Well it has seems to....

On the subject of proxy lists, The WebEvader.org list has just been cleaned and now all defunct proxies have been removed.

So please feel free to add some more proxies so that the list can be re-populated

Also i have added a geoip mod and wanted to know what you think of it Please feel free to post your comments on the list here or in the webevader forum

I have also noticed that alot of the remaining proxies on the list are from DP members so i wanted to thank your all for your high quality proxies

performance depends a lot on the server/host and the amount of ads pasted on the proxified pages..glype is the best when it comes to proxy scripts, until God himself sends a script from heaven..even that will be inspired by Glype(sorry God)
