You cant use Ads that use Javascript in Glype 1.0 + !
Well you can with the GLype 1.1 release, You have to turn off Native javascript parsing. But that makes that script more like the 0.6 versions. So you lose the Better javascript parsing at the cost of wanting to put the Popunders or any ads that use javascript directly on the page.

Yes they sent me a payment on March the 3rd or something.

 

CPM for mediashakers has been superior low for few months.

Yes, But its probably one of the best performing ad networks (For me anyway) on proxified pages.

 

Iranian traffic costs more to serve than it actually generates in ad revenue and that's when the traffic is free...

no offence mate, but the underground template is a common one, try making one yourself, or modify some other

don't get hot mate, everyone was new at some point of time or the other, if you can't help them out, then don't comment
