CPAlead on a proxy is nasty. There are many types of websites where this kind of program is appropriate and proxies are not one of them as proxies get used on public and shared computers in a high percentage of cases.

You should send them an email, that's what I did and I got approved. They do however ask for traffic logs and stuff like that, to make sure your traffic is ''quality'' traffic .
