I do not suggest using popups, since they get blocked by filters.

Popunders I originally set to 2/minute, but then decided that was too much and set it to 1/minute. They have a pretty nice CPM, but I decided to put some banners on the proxified pages and spare visitors the annoyance.

 

How can you show 1/minute?? cos at most you can show 15 pop for 30 minutes,that comes out to be 1 pop every 2 minutes.

do you change the ad code to "3, 30"??

Is it allowed by them??


Also, the popunders open up in encoded pages, do they get counted for revenue calculations??

my CPM rates are around $0.80 with adversal

 

MY CPM rates are much lower with GI, around $.20 actually.

I am trying to get into Adversal, they have rejected me, but I just realized that is because I was applying with a forum

Whatever works for you, if you're allowed to change the ad code, set it to 1 or 2 every 60 seconds. If not, then 1 popup per 2 minutes isn't bad either.

Maybe it's cause you have a forum on your site? They don't allow forums.

 

I have always said keep your CPM related things to the proxifed pages.

If you are placing adversal on your index page they will just see adds overload and then leave.

If you make it so it displays randomly on the proxified pages it works much better, it does not work like "1 per min". The figure you pick per 30mins is just a limit, it will display one on each page load untill the limit is up, and then a pause untill the 30mins is up. You need to rig it up yourself to make it random.

 

I am trying XtendMedia for the popunder ads on one of my proxies, depending on how they go I may roll them out across my entire network. So far I seem to be getting an eCPM of around US$0.87. After the test I will post a review of XtendMedia for advertising on proxy sites.

Did anyone notice a decreased amount in the traffic as well as the adsense earnings for the past few days ?

 

Monday was a slow day, yesterday I had the best day I've ever had

 

I noticed that also, I heard that it is due to a public holiday in the United States/Canada.

 

Today, traffic is back guys... There was a holiday only on monday.
