very good thread, i am really thinking about starting one

 

Do keep in mind that 80% of the groups has mostly middle east users.
I used to get 400-600uv from my own group of 900+ and when I started to block middle east traffic, it goes down to 200-300uv.

 

MWolk and Tech-FAQ. Expect a lot of traffic the first day from Tech-FAQ, and around 100 after a few days..

 

Anyone promoting to the UK will be dismayed to know that 90% of schools are off today with lots of snow. Your traffic will probably drop from the UK for this week

 

You can also add your proxies to www.activeproxysites.com it sends a very good amount of traffic on a daily basis, i get about 1,300 visitors a day to one of the proxies submitted

My group bring majority of traffic from US only...
It depend on the proper promotion of the group...

What are the best programs to use on the proxiefield pages?
For now I use AdBrite, but I get only a few cents, so I looking for something new....

 

The best way is put the subscribe link at your proxy homepage and proxified pages.

I have two groups; heres how I attract subscribers on my main proxy page (I haven't seen this done on proxified pages though) http://www.hiddensecret.info/

 

Surf via this proxy or this proxy, you will see the subscription box on top of the page. Well, I need to tweak it a little bit though.

 

I'd still love to know other ways of how I can attract subscribers other than on proxy sites and social sites.
