    This whole thread is off topic. A mess. Needs to be divided up.

    Anyway, use the host file to block or redirect those domains.

    'url_var_name' => 'q',
    'flags_var_name' => 'hl',
    'get_form_name' => '____pgfa',
    'basic_auth_var_name' => '____pbavn',

    Change up those vars, at the bottom of the email spam through your proxy are bots who will just pull off proxy lists etc and use defaults to try and spam through them. Sure doing what i suggest is not fool proof, it would only take a couple more lines of code to beat but the main thing here will be your proxy is now slightly different than all the other phproxys out there - why would they bother fixing their spamming script to use your few proxies when there are still masses of stock ones out there to abuse.

    And yes dont just block *.cox.net its a pretty dam big isp (and the only isp in some places) in the US.

    I cant provide the exact webmail domains to block as i dont have to do it any more, (i automate the above url var to generate random values for every user every X mins)

    Tech Entrance is good. Their hosting plans are not cheap but the service is good and reliable. I've hosted with them about 6 months.

    HERE.

    I've adapted it for glype script yesterday. Works fine with IE&Firefox.

    No need.
    But if you want to use SSL,then you should have at least 1 dedicated IP

    hey i am thinking about creating a proxy hosting company, packages will range from 10GB - 50GB of bandwidth and 100 - 500 MB of ram, if anyone would be interested in buying a package or want to give a new comer to the hosting business tips please feel free to do so and PM me. ;)

    I cant think of any way to limit a normal hosting account to 100mb of ram, which means you would have to down the vps route? Which then means 100mb of ram would be near enough useless. Also 10gb of bw i think i probably used that this hour alone.

    If you are trying to make some quick money of a reseller account / cheap vps / dedicated, proxy users are not the best users to target for this because they DO use all the resources they buy. Otherwise sell bigger packages :)
