DynamicOxygen, I forward all my Iranian traffic to a single proxy right now that's not monetized at all. It's about 2k uniques a day and who knows how many hits.

I have about 80 proxies forwarding all requests from certain countries to this proxy. So there's quite a bit of search traffic going there via google and my 301s...You think this is an easy $5 a day at least? I've never really heard of the advertising methods you've talked about. If so I'll sign up and try it out.

 

Has any one noticed their adversal reports stopped showing earnings the last few days?

 

Mine hasnt stopped reporting its reported everyday so far

 

adversal reporting is working as normal.

nux: ExitJunciton ads only enable if your proxy site is visited by organic traffic, not direct or redirect traffic.

 

Has anyone tried Banner Advertising on Proxy.Org.

I am not sure how you generate your traffic but this is how our program works https://secure.exitjunction.com/howitworks.jsp Also please keep in mind while we pay for all traffic obviously the traffic from US will make more money compared to traffic from China, etc.. Its really hard to estimate earnings before seeing the actual traffic...

While the idea you have is cool as hell, here is the overall response I had got from my users why would I pay when we can use any proxy the ads dont bother us or how are we suppose to pay we are kids. A typical kid isnt going to have a paypal account so now who is the target audience? Do you think they use proxy .0rg?

Now I look at the large majority of the folks using a proxy are either watching free porn or kids and some adults checking out the social sites from a location that wont let them access it. So I dont personally think that its cost effective to promote on that site since majority of people including myself get no to very little English speaking traffic. Plus his traffic is decreasing at least it is on Alexa.

 

OMG Adsense earning is so terrible on my proxy site. Yesterday it has 5500 impressions but only 5 click with very low eCPM $0.07 so I received only $0.33 from adsense. How about you guys, do you have higher earning than mine? ?

 

Your absolutely right, any web traffic that is comprised of just some kids is going to be mostly fruitless if your trying to sell something, probably worse then Chinese traffic.
I have a paid section of my proxy where you can surf with no ads, I charge only $1.99 a month and no one buys, the site gets almost 10K a people a day using it. there probably all just 14 old kids with no money. Even Myspace.com has been referred to as garbage traffic on some occasions in other topics becuase its mostly just kids and teenagers. Facebook traffic however is another thing, I think its good quality, alot of adults. Facebook users are something you want to come to your proxy to use to surf facebook.

 

Yes its true that some traffic is better compared to other, however all traffic can be monetized with right strategies! for example you say its composed of kids, how about convincing kids to get parents to text some paid number for their favorite ring-tone or cell game? How about selling virtual goods such as icons, etc.. In Asia kids buy tons of different virtual goods and its a huge business... At the end of the day its all about thinking outside the box and experimenting with different options... I personally think that one can make money with any kind of content as long as traffic is real, meaning its from real people and not fraudulent..

 

It's hard to conclude anything on a single days data, but if this is the trend check what's going on. Have you blocked low converting traffic mainly from China and Iran?

 

I suppose you could, but for my purpose asking them to ask their parents to buy them a membership on site that allows to bypass their school internet filter probably wont fetch great response from the parents. lol

 

due to poor suppport from thewird, i have to give up my proxy venture. going back to porn site will be my cup of tea.

 

Yes I have blocked traffic from those countries.

 

Maybe start [or convert an existing one to] a members only specialized facebook proxy and promote it heavily as a facebook proxy. "Facebook proxy" on every incoming link, site title and such.

and how can I design it in my computer?

you need a script to run your proxy; everything else is related to design - search for glype script and see more about this

 

I know this script and I know how to search for but I ask about the way
proxy is consist of one page ,yes or no
and how can I design it ? by front page as any normal site or how
and how can I put search box in it as visitor need it to browse sites that he can not enter.
