The Core2 is a different series & the Xeon is a different series. There isn't any processor called Core2Xeon (atleast from Intel ) If it has 16 GB RAM , it must be a Xeon, as Core2's support only upto 8 GB RAM. Ishan
I LOL'd. Although I find your post slighty full of it, but you might be on to something becuase I am signed up to at least 5 different other proxy groups myself. But out of group with 2,000 members I hardly hardly doubt 90% of it going to be proxy owners, there probably is not even 1,800 proxy owners in existence.
Dual Xeon E5410 Harpertown 2.33Ghz (oct(8)-core/64bit support) That is my server. It has 8 Cores. It is a beast of a server.. Keep in mind I do run other things off of it that do chew up a fair bit of the 16GB/ram. I had a free upgrade from 8GB to 16GB anyways. My full server spec's are.. Not sure the ratio of webmasters to users in the non-moderated groups, but a year ago posting was effective. As others have mentioned, it's almost useless today. Instead I started my own group in May and been doing all I can to gain members and generate my own traffic. I'm up to 2300 members and when I post a brand new proxy it will get 3-400 uv's the first few days so...it's coming along ok. I may open it up someday for others to promote their proxies but for now I'm hogging the taffic lol!
Dont ever open as it will be abused then emails will be ignored and it will no longer be effective. Once you build up something to generate traffic to your own sites keep it to yourself and run your business.
I was thinking more along the lines of opening up for a paid promotion service. No way I'd just open it as a free for all lol! btw: I've got your proxy list in my db, be looking for s few submissions

Why you're fined? How much the total fine? I can help you to pay some coz i have some spare cash. By the way,proxy knowledge is just like a sea. The more you learn the more you don't know and its update frequently with new trick to get more traffic. The old way doesn't work as it should coz it already saturated
