No I don't knowingly advertise other people proxies on my proxy. Its like the golden rule.

 

It's more like software that you have to install on your machine rather than another free proxy, plus they have other software too. Affiliates make 50% (or around $15) per sale. I figure I'll give them a thousand click-thrus to see if they can convert, if not I'll toast the links.

It bites I've got a banner space I run across all my proxies that I just can't get to convert for anything. I've tried ringtones, free scholarships, and giveaways yet nothing. And this is with like 2-300k impressions a month. I used to have it at the top of the sites but replaced it with a yahoo user group signup that generates 200 new members a week. I run adsense and realize that most users are at school and don't have a credit card to purchase anything but damn...SOMETHING productive needs to go in that space but I'm running out of ideas..

Most can not protect your IP

 

Ok, I'll bite What is the key identifier that your script uses to get these results:

"You are most probably using a web-proxy at xx.xx.xx.xxx (United States)"

 

Getting same results here too.

 

If you allow javascript it will even show your real IP in 95% of all cases
(and no it's no client side trick, the server knows your real IP)

 

Its not very accurate it shows this # Your IP is 72.197.219.64, no proxy can be detected for my proxy

IMO,the worth proxy promotion money can buy is buying advertising spot at proxy authority site such as proxy.org

Anyhow - Everyone have a great christmas ( that means happy holidays to all the yanks ) looking forward to another year of proxies and i think they will become more mainstream as countries install their internet snooping and black boxes

 

I'm not sure if it is ok or not. But when I first got into proxies, I paid someone to make me a bunch (ended up having 50 of them). He used the same adversal and adbrite code on all.... if it is allowed not sure, but I always got paid

 

Yes you can, I asked adversal when I signed up and they said it was OK

 

From adversal's sign-up page: Your site(s) must consist of 50% North American traffic and have a minimum of 2,500 page views per month.

How long does it takes to be approved?
