I wonder too whats wrong with it. I know its a cURL problem.
Becuase it says "namelookup timeout" yet I type

    > nslookup facebook.com 127.0.0.1 into root via SSH. and it return the nameservers of facebook very fast, But I type

    >curl facebook.com and it returns nothing. Curl cannot get connect to Facebook, but I set the timout to like 60 seconds it will connect after waiting about 20 seconds. But that is too slow and hogs up apache processes which could crash your server if you have a whole bunch of people surfing with a high timeout like that.

Update on the server was done. Next thing to do is to move the site to my dedicated server. Currently it is hosted on my VPS. Btw, I tried IE, FF and Chrome and all loads fine. Can you please check again?

You are probably right, I'll search for any vulnerablility on the server ASAP.

    Thank you.

    @Dollar

it worked fine for me setup your setting from ADMINCP some how like this

    Transfer options

Connection timeout: _______ seconds (Use 0 for no limit) Use 0 If it doesn't work then do let me know. It gave permanent fix to Facebook browsing on my proxy.

0 I think would be unlimited. As I said before for performance reasons you dont want a huge timeout value or else you'll have a death wish for your server becuase they will hog up apache slots while hanging waiting for connections to timeout. Normally I have mine set to 1 second to quickly free up slots. But I've tried it with 0 and its still slow to load. I have set CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT to 30 seconds for only Facebook using the facebook.com.php plugin which is probably better then setting it globally at 0. works just as fast as setting to 0.

Now I'm looking at Facebook's A records. Apparently they have TTL value set to around 30 seconds. So the server is already having trouble getting their DNS, By the time you spend 20 seconds trying to get the DNS the dns will be expired already and you'll be back to waiting 20 seconds again looking up the dns again. Which is a vicious cycle as you can probably imagine. This is probably the problem in my best guess.

I don't know, but I'm not having any problems with glype 1.0

    http://sirty.com

The ads on the front page seem fine, and adversal on the proxified pages works as well. Facebook loads just fine.

    I didn't do any special tweaking....Am I missing something?

No its not, your adversal popunder is being loaded from

    hxxp://sirty.com/browse.php?u=Oi8vNjcuMTkyLjQyLjIvdHNlcnZlL2l0cmFmZmljc2VydmVyMi5odG0%2FZHM9NjQ3ODAwNzc5NzkwNzM3NTU3NiZwcj0wY2ZmM2RmM2NjYmY5MzAzNTUxMmY5YTIx...

Btw what are you paying for that server? Limestonenetworks, looks good but then I look at the bandwidth. They want extra $1,795/month for 100mpbs unmetered, jezus! I would be bankrupt already with the bandwidth I use.

Is it just me or are the top 6 results for "bebo proxy" all capitalized and have quite a spammy look about them? They look like they are from the same person and hold positions 1-6 for that term.

Yes adbrite does allow to put their ads at proxified pages.
And many proxy owner put it without any problem.
You can find the glype script here
