good enough if you are looking for small scale proxy business

but if you are looking for a good business in proxies you need to have atleast 2000-10000 visitors a day in your network of proxies to make over $500-1000 a month

 

Okay i have got one scenario pretty stucked into it but i want someone to help me out of this shit, I have like 86$ in my paypopup which i earned through my site but i cant use it anymore coz my users dont want any sort of popups unless they moving out, now i am just 14$ away from 100$ payout and i have nothing to move it further. I want someone to help me in this, All you need is put my paypopup code , that ll be like max 2 days if u got pretty good traffic like 3-5K , i will pay 30$ to the person. Not bad deal for 2 days i guess. !

PM me if anyone interested, I want this to be done as soon as possible.

Just put the popups up on the weekends when the bulk of the traffic is down.

 

Reason 1: You have enabled ENCRYPT INDEX PAGE option in glype setup
Reason 2: Your DIV tags are getting overlapped (but usually this does not affect )

 

check out dude ... not even single proxy has been added to tech faq in last 24 hours. So every proxy has problem?

 

What would people think of a free proxy host that allowed you to register automatically and have instant setup?

Would contain forced ads tho but would people be interested in a instant setup one?

people always want services for free but not with ads, In the era of the unlimited bandwidth do you think someone will want ads on his website ? No, everything they want it's free and unlimited

This was a general opinion, now more regarding your question , i think some will want, you must try it to see.

Thanks, Newzone. I have a plan of having different types of ads aswell.

So when signing up there is like 4 different options. One is say adversal popups with 3 popups every30 mins per user plus say a banner on the page aswell. The other is just popups but say 6 popups per user every 30 mins etc.

That way users can choose what ads they want and then i will have options to upgrade to pay for the hosting if they wish to remove banners

I was thinking, is it a wise idea to sell access to premium proxies?

In practice, it's always good to have ads on a site, but there's also value and potential in having a 'premium' account for sale, which removes all ads and provides access to proxies.

Anyone agree?

 

That's good but you MUST give your users some REALLY GOOD options...
If you pay.. what would you want?
In my eyes it would be:
Adfree
Cheap
FAST (very fast)
Never blocked

Etc etc..

add your proxies to www.proxy.biz/topsite Number 1 keywords "proxy topsites" in google. Free of course

 

well it does rank on the first page but doesn't load most of the time on my dataone connection, maybe you have blocked the ip range or India? don't know what's the reason but it gives the following reason:

When a school blocks your proxy, does it block it on ip or does it block the domainname ?

To enable youtube on your phproxy do the following:
Open up index.php in notepad.
Near the top make sure you have these variables:

BIG NOTE! Be prepared for a gigantic stream of bandwidth ! This may easily triple your bandwidth usage but not your revenue. I quickly disabled it again since it was taking up too much :\.

Another side note: You can't get MySpace properly working with PHProxy, because phproxy doesn't support javascript. Therefore I'm now using glype instead of PHProxy which works pretty good with myspace . Still getting used to it but the built in control panel is nice

Most of my users are from Iran, and I read somewhere here that you block Iran users, do you recommend it? Any ip list to put in .htaccess?

Could go back one page and have a look. Doing a search in G will probably give you some more options. Remember the less the server has to process the quicker it will be. So keep that in mind when think about the htaccess
