    1% is really low. Target CTR for proxies is 5-10%. 5% is pretty good.

    Well, I do not agree totally. I had a proxy site which has "proxy" in its domain and was able to get 50000 uniques a day (traffic). I used to make $20+ a day just from the home page AD and $$ from proxified pages. $$ from selling links.

    It was quite popular one in some countries. Proxy sites get the traffic easily but you should concentrate the traffic to be from USA (I mean as much as you can drive, this gives the scope of more earnings). Traffic from china will result in less revenue.

    Lastly sold it for $$$$

    Thinking of starting one again :D

    I have a site but when I tested at localhost, it shows fully google ads but when I upload it to server, it shows only 1 ads. I havent break google terms.

    IMAGES do not display in my proxified pages (using phproxy 0.5 beta 2)
