Check here for some. They are free but you've got to keep the footer links.

If someone is selling you his or her proxy(s), theres a good chance that they are all already blocked, in fact, thats probably why they are trying to get rid of them ;) However, you can still double check whether they are blocked by changing your dns servers to opendns.com and blocking proxy websites in your preferences. You should then try to visit those proxy sites individually, and you will immediately know whether they are blocked or not. This is by no means a sure fire way to find out but, its usually correct nonetheless.

Watch the traffic, if he now get's 500 uniques a day in summer, than you can give 25$, I won't give more :p

But yeah, you better give us the links, so we can tell you how much you can give for it

BTW, I'm getting pissed from this:

Oh yes, awstats is only working since 2nd of august, so it's normal that the first shows 0 :D

Thanks a lot for the help.
Could you please tell me how can I be sure that his proxies are not blocked in major schools across US?
He said he his proxies are more than one year old and I have atleast 9 month remaining for next registration.
Also he said all his domains are atleast PR2 domains with good alexa ranking.
All sites are showing google ads, so its not blocked by google, is that right?

And for his privacy I can't mention his site name here. Thanks for the help again.

That means that they must be blocked by most of the schools...
btw you can ask him how much he's earning from the network and ask for screenshots and access to his adsense account if possible to verify...

    Thanks guys for the info.....appreciated....
also I have one proxy site...gettin 200 uniques a day but 2 or 3 clicks a day...what's wrong with my site....if something goes like this I won't be able to collect the hosting provider's money....help me giving some suggestion with my site.

How best I can rearrange the site's ad to get more clicks....help please.

I haven't submitted the site to google or yahoo group yet. help me by explaining how to submit a site to major directories? Is proxy-top-site worth the submission?
I've stumbled the site with some guys that results in 200 unique visitor's a day.

Any [newer is better] cgi proxy would do. My CGI proxy might work as it's rather new.

Check out proxy.org, xeem.info, tech-faq.com and such and look for the recently added CGI proxies.

Is it possible to host more than one proxy website within a cPanel? Any major differences in getting a different account?

Yes its possible if your hosting come with x addons domain
The down site of hosting 2 or more proxy with the same hosting(same IP) will get your proxy block easily by admin
