yeah, same concept as installing language on your wordpress site, using google translator on your proxy would very much helpful in getting you decent traffic.

there will certainly decrease in revenue. and it will go back as usual after the breaks with some help of promotion.

I think its not smart to block country's like Iran when your proxy is fresh. Because they post it on their blogs and forums so you make some backlinks. Only when the traffic is high from iran you should block them. What do you think?
