The Proxy Discussion Thread

Hi everybody,

I do not know if this is a right place for this request or not, I want to put some banner rotation Javascripts on glype top and bottom of each page after user request for a page, I had no problem with bottom of the page but on the top of the page I could not find the right place, can anyone help me out here, and also what is the best banner rotation script you can suggest to use with glype, thank you!

 

yep, well the thought of just shutting down and getting a vps crossed my mind. But when you have a dedicated its like your house..,. your own personal thing, you own IP addresses and have the server working the way you want, and it also alot of work to move everything, change IPs etc.. Doesn't seem like a good option and I would rather just keep it.

 

My earnings have dropped 95%. Earning nothing here. Only Cents. This is shit man. I better start working on other projects. PROXIES ARE DEAD for atleast 3 months. Normal traffic will be constant at 15th September.

At least I'm not the only one with no traffic, I Checked my stats this morning and though they had all died.

 

I really think if you promote well enough, you shouldn't see any (maybe a slight) decrease. I have not noticed any myself.

Alot of people saying well if you market it right, you wont notice at all, well thats just balls!

If that was the case, then shame on you for missing out on the huge school/college market all this time.

 

Does anyone have a list of proxy directories I could submit my proxy to? Ive been looking for them but ive not been able to find many.

U.S. , UK and european traffic will decrease no matter how you advertise it, if this are your main sources, on the other hand the traffic from Asia i think will be constant, my opinion but will not help

Traffic from Asia is crap. Advertisers don't want it and will pay only cents.

 

Can anyone recommend a good free e-book about proxies?

 

I read few proxy ebooks already and the main ideas of promoting are almost the same. Don't know about some other ebooks.

 

Yeah traffic is down all the way for my proxies haha..gosh now I gotta figure a way out to pay $800 server bills xD
