Adbrite is 90 net.
So, you have to wait for 3 month before getting your check.

 

Adsense pays more for proxies

 

In my opinion you are charging way to much. I have a Google Group with 500+ members and I could hardly see charging anymore than a dollar for it.

 

But how many newsletters have you sent to your group. Sure you could find cheaper newsletters, I can even name a few if you are in need of some, but most of them go out daily or weekly, Ive sent out 5 in the last 5 months so thats why the price is probably a bit higher than most of the other newsletters.

 

How do you get so many people in a newsletter?

 

I haven't sold advertising with it yet(only sent 3 messages so far actually). I guess that makes more sense if you only send one out a month.

With Google Groups you can insert a subscription form anywhere. So I just put it on the homepage of my proxies and get sign ups from there.

 

I still wouldn't pay the $5.00, but thats just me

 

I think its better to put in the proxified pages. It gets more exposure, also if its on your homepage then you might get system admins signing up on it. As there less likely to go into the proxified pages. But will notice it on the homepage.

 

Okay here's something really weird. I changed my template and my proxy script to glype. Until now I was getting 8k visits per day and ~1k impressions from google adsense.

Yesterday I changed my template, I got 500 visits according to my stats (webalizer) and 5,000 impressions according to google. LOL.

can anyone explain that?

 

coincidence, people don't know you changed the script in 1 day or less, who visited your proxy yesterday saw a php proxy... the advertising takes effect now for your proxy... in my opinion

Need Proxy Advice For A Client.

I have a client that is doing massive domain research. He's looking for a solution to multi thread a handful of scripts to check domains for alexa rating, google stats, archive.org.. You get the point.

I find myself going through lists of thousands of Proxy IP's. Most of them are usually banned & others get shut down immediately.

Does anyone know of a source that can provide lists of working proxies? Preferably seperated by IP & Port?

I've been also looking at a paid proxy service for lists of working proxies, but there's got to be free & good lists somewhere out there.

Any advice is appreciated. I would like to connect to 200 - 500 different proxies at the same time.
