(I just wanna be sure to get this right ) If it is, how you know if/when it's submitted? Do you just have to be alert and see where the traffic is comming from?
A proxified page is the page/site you wanted to reach using the proxy site, after you enter the URL in the blank field.

free webhosting and plans from free webhostings and most hosting sellers (honest ones) do not allow proxies on their servers otherwise stated. And worst for free hosting providers.
