Not sure what you mean by left side, but you could monetize from a Google Search box.

 

google referral image ad or affiliate banner (cj or other)

I tried to reach KMKhost's site, but it doesn't seem to be working (at least for me). Btw I've got a 10 Mbit internet connection, so the problem is not here...

Does being blocked by WebWasher tend to kill your proxies, or do you notice much difference?

The problem's not from my servers either. Because all sites are accessed and pinged well for ips. You can try with any proxy and you will see the site works.
All these cable lines cut off are giving temp problems in connections, which have been happening alot these days. Some can acess it, some cant.

I am a designer and would like to start selling proxy templates but I was wondering what script was best to code them into to get the best sales in the B/S/T section.
Or, would I be better off just making css/html and letting the buyer implement their own backend?

I've sold a couple of proxy templates and I think people prefer it completely coded.

In terms of what script, I use PHProxy since it seems to be the most popular.

 

I would code them into glype if I were you, but you could just make it and offer to code it into any script. Or just not offer any of that at all and let them do it, whatever you want.
