Yes you can, and probably should. My proxies run under a domain I don't even have anymore... I don't think that will help you now though. I don't think they're accepting anything. But when they do, your best shot would probably be with a non proxy site.
It is very hard to get approved in adversal. i recomend if you have any popular non proxy site, apply with it. They will approve you otherwise they will deny your application. That happened to me

Yesterday I was contacted by Homeland Security and a Texas Sheriff. They were looking for a wanted murder suspect that visited myspace. Even sent me a formal request for the information.
