well $20, you do have priority among other free ones and as you can afford more (depending on the conversions) you can go for $200 where your link is always in top 10 or so rotation. yes some visitors come back since all visitors are looking for nice and fast sites or so. So if your site is not annoying with ads, they'll mark u as fav.
hey guys I just downloaded a free template and it hasa ip2nation.msql file. What is this and do I need it?
Sometimes they filter SSL, sometimes they don't. Then you have to get the users to know to type in "https" because if you redirect to SSL from HTTP, and the domain is blocked. That route will not work anymore. Template for what script? Probably don't need it.
Maybe it is a modified PHProxy that can ban countries. Look over the source and see if there is anything there. Never heard of it before though.

Oh I see, you need to make a database. Add that SQL file to the database. Then configure the settings at the top of the index.php file. So you really don't need to mess with it at all.

another problem... to use the terms "proxy" , bypass" e.t.c on my proxy ? if i use i will be blocked , if i will not use this keywords i think nobody will click my ads ? how is better for the earnings ? say clear this is a proxy or talk about flowers ?
@newzone - I'd imply it is a proxy, while maintaining it is something else. My old proxy claimed to be "Educational Services" and I even had an MSN client on there under Maths Study Nook.....made no money though as I didn't put ads on it. OK, so I have an idea, I have made a great proxy template which has great ad placement, and I have integrated it into a kinda CMS - you can change colours for both the layout and adsense, as well as switch between HTML/xHTML and whether the "extra options" list is vertical or horizontal - or whether it is hiden by a Javascript accordion or not. You can also modify the page title, informative paragraph and keywords in the ACP. You only have one image (which is every letter of the alphabet plus some symbols and numbers), which - using Javascript and CSS sliding doors, become the site logo. I am thinking of selling this for $10 a copy, does that sound reasonable? Cheers, BP

depending on what CMS you integrated into, the price may go up or stable. say CMS require addiitonal sql queries, it'll load the server more and uneccessary however if the CMS can give better earnings (aka with contents for adsense ads) and load faster with less sql query, then it'll be worth more than $10. maybe even $30 or more.
I coded it myself and there is no SQL at all, it is all handled by regexp - editing a settings file which stores everything. It is just an upload and use script, but I'll find out how much I'll get for it when it's released . Why I am going so cheap is because you're stuck with on standard layout - yeah you can change the colours....but its not unique. I may make a few templates for it.
