eCPM of proxies are the same, unless you can find a way to add more quality contents and increase the price what advertisers will pay for ;)

depending on the ad network, 120*600 may pay better, so it's a good idea to test with different sizes.

    it should work.
I used it often and works fine to me.
Which country are you from though? make sure you're not blocking yourself.

    OMG

    my proxy traffic by day:
    21 > 91 > 104 > 185 (in visits)

But my adsense impressions still stay low (10-30) and no clicks.
How come my impressions aren't increasing along with my traffic?

I do sell 2 proxy scripts on proxyniche.com that are encoded with Ioncube but as long as you don't encode the php file of the proxy itself then you are fine. every one of them has a single file that is encoded which is not related to processing proxy requests.

in brief. you can run encoded files without performance problems. but just don't encode the busy file ;)

go open source where you can. the script isn't going to be quite as good but at least you can do whatever you want, and if you want perfection then you can hire your own programmer to customise.

the biggest problem with encoded scripts is the one that I and any anyone else that bought the 'Happy Proxy' script are experiencing at the moment.

originally we bought a great script, it worked great, everybody was happy... now, not so great now that script needs updating to correct MySpace and YouTube changes among other things, script author is A.W.O.L for the last 4 or 5 weeks, and as the script is encoded with Ioncube, nothing can be done except hope he comes back, or ditch the hundred of dollars that was invested in the script and go with something else...

heres hoping that the newly open source phpMyProxy script over at www.eproxies.info is going to be as good as it promises...

Anybody having troubles being accepted by Adversal? For some reason they always take a while to accept my proxies (as per my sig) and than come back with the generic reply on the line of "sorry but we can't accept you at this time".

Anyone else having same problem? I see lots of you guys here are happy Adversal members so not sure what the problem with my sites :(

Maby the sites your applying with are not impressing them, like any ad network you always apply with your best site.
Like it should have a alexa rank, and a good amount of backlinks.
If your applying with some site with 30 backlinks they'll think your just wasting their time.
Then when your in, like most publisher networks you will be free to add their ads to your smaller shitty sites.

Please be so kind as to not call someone a liar simply because they are doing something that you do not understand.

I looked long and hard for proxy scripts when I started Proxace. The script is incredibly optimized and uses almost no bandwidth compared to what other proxies pull.

I noticed that someone mentioned that proxies using ioncube, such as proxono (which is what I use for http://plzdontblock.us and http://inschoolproxy.com) will cause high CPU usage. Does that mean there is a significant difference in resource usage between Proxono and other php-based proxies which do not use ioncube?

The reason I ask this is because the two proxies which I host on a dedicated server with 1gb ram and 2.8Ghz Pentium 4 often cause a very heavy load for the server.

Easy answer is yes, Ioncube proxy owns your CPU. I haven't tested the one techentrance mentioned so I can't comment on his.
