hey guys I have a noob question Say I have a big plan at cloakhost. Can I host more than one site from this? For instance I'm wondering if I can host two different proxy sites on on plan? If so, how?
i can't understand adbrite....when i earn money ? i selected text&banner ads, followed the sign up ,placed the code..."advertise on this site" ...now ...how i earn ? only page views in the panel are changing nothing else
yes you can host more then 1 domain ... i have the CLOAK STARTER plan and i`m able to host up to 3 different proxies on this type of account, so if you have the CLOAK MEGA plan you can host up to 10 different proxies....
Giorgi: I use WDServers (http://www.wdservers.com). Don't judge them by the look of their site...it is in development. The guy there is "thewird" here on DP, and is very reputable. I have a $39/month VPS plan that I got cPanel on, and get 3000GB of bandwidth. Can run as many proxy sites as the bandwidth can handle. Great customer service as well. Highly recommended!
thewird (wdservers.com owner) is also on DP here and he can offer the best VPS and dedicated server you may need. you cant judge by website. Would you rather focus on making hosting site looks good or on giving best support/tech for customers?
I don't know about you, but I'd rather have a flashy template from monstertemplates or something than quality webhosting. That's what separates the real players from the fakers.
yes agree in some sense If a person really want to sell he will just sell without faking all these deals with store front looks. Unless you run a big company with many departments/teams, it will be hard to focus on both. PLUS all those $50/year hosting, $1 for unlimited, %25 for 2 years, etc.. deal "givers" have NICE templates, some even from templatemonsters and all custom made. Template look = wow nice site.. subscribe .. pay whatever hosting asks, a day later, site's gone Quality host = you will stay longer with them Quality + Template = A+ (no doubt)
Why does everyone have to hit on my template lol. I have virtually no design sense. And just putting a template up looks cheesy, I'd rather have it like this. Besides, its easier to edit ^_^. thewird
Maybe it is just that your website look very 1990s-ish from the looks of it. You do have a very big reputation to maintain after all.
i agree... visitors are lucky to drop by my site and see my current "template" than seeing the template I design or edit..
You wont find a free host that will provide you even reasonable settings. If you do, most likely their ad would be displayed.
