The Proxy Discussion Thread

It is very important that you do not use adsense on proxified pages as it breaks the google tos. Use adbrite or widgetbucks instead.

 

Oh so somebody was trying to get me banned from adsense

Still waiting for adbrite to approve me or not. Is widgetbucks good? Never heard of it before

Widgetbucks is fairly new... some suspect dubious activity, although many have been paid already. You can see it is mentioned fairly often in the ppc section.

 

i don't see any adsense at your site

 

So how is it?

 

My proxies have used 3 Gigs in 48 hours..
and only got $3.07 from adbrite. Thats $1 eCPG (estimated cost per Gig )

actually, my marine friend uses my proxy to get to .mil all the time. OPENdns keeps blocking his .mil sites.

The guy on my proxy was from a ".mil" Host (after hostname lookup on IP)
Trying to access Facebook.

 

I know have about 6-7 marines who all access .mil and they also look out, myspace, facebook, lots of adult sites, ect.. Its funny to see what they order for their wives back home. lol

 

I make a point not to know "where" my visitors go when using my sites. I only want to know where I am getting my traffic from.

 

Wigdetbucks is generally good if you can get people to click on it. It doesn't work for many niches since visitors to your niche might not be interested in shopping.

 

Well, most of them visit porn sites.

 

Anyone with WPT dollars you may be interested in the first oppurtunity to spend them on some traffic oppurtunities, there's already been bids so their is less than 24 hours left unless someone else bids of course.

P.s. WPT dollars aren't "real" dollars so its kinda free

Hi, i love to make proxy template, also love coding it. But i confused, which proxy script should support?
i mean what is best create a phproxy script, zelune, glype or else?

hey i was just wondering how i can get traffic to my proxy topsite it dosent seem to pick up

Site i did get traffic at a point but then it all went down

and also if anyone needs proxy hosting let me know i have some available
