    you know any adsense alternatives suitable for proxies?
    something not like bidvertise... or adbrite
    ready ads only

    i may move to something else as adsense is not doing well with proxies

    freeproxytemplates.com
    zelunetemplates.com

    All you have to do is to insert your adsense ID in the config file, or replace the adsense code with any other advertiser code. No need to worry about the proxy script too much, though you might want to limit the filesize to stop bandnwidth being an issue.

    <scratch that>
    I'm not a expert at this...Going bya hunch but I belive you just stick in the <form> html code into any template where you want it and have it call index.inc.php or something...

    They both allow you to sign in, though I know phproxy can't do certain things in myspace without mods to the code. I dont know about zelune.

    Most free templates already have index.php implemented with them.

    If you want to change the layout, you can always modify style.css and change the colors, position, fonts, layout, etc.
