The Problem With Facebook Ads Manager!

    I have problem with Facebook Ads Manager. I was trying to add paypal as a payment method many times, and every time I try, it says this:

    "Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

    What I can do, regarding this?!

    It's probably an issue with your PayPal account, have you tried contacting them?

    To contact paypal?! No. But, I will try. This was worked, on my old facebook account, but, when I opened another, more than one year ago, it not worked.
