I've decided to make major changes on my site, please more suggestions and critique.

 

Capitalize your IT to start with on the 'it job board design', and find other places you haven't done as such.
Now that I'm paying more attention to it, the second sentence reads a little oddly... 'great startup for sale at a low price'.
Maybe... Make the drop down menu's a little more apparent. Outline the circled +, or change it's color so it stands out and lets me know It's meant to be clicked.

Hmm... Your English is very good, but there are a lot of little grammatical bits that could use some polish. I suggest finding someone native to go over the site with you, ask you to elaborate on certain things, and help you rewrite it a little.
