The Popular Adsense Payment Issue?

to transfer From Adsense Business account to Individual Account, because in Business A/c here is no Western Union Option. and I have 125 $ in my accont, I read this On Google Adsense Forum

My Question is that If I close my previous account and Create New Account, what about my 125 $ and Ho long it take?

why dont u simply withdraw those 125$ using the other methods availlable to ur business account?
