I have been working on a digg type site for sports.

http://pigskin.autumnthunder.com/ --- Currently a subdomain but will change if I move forward with the site.

I would like to get your comments/thoughts (good or bad) about the direction I am going in.

This was a request from one of the main site's members (It is a football discussion board).

I am using open-source software and made some changes but was wondering if it is worth the time and effort.

    Looking forward to your comments.

    Thank you.

I like it, and I am glad I saw this. I was thinking about using that script, I think I will now. Good luck with the site. Are you going to place ads on it as well?

I would go with it. I think it will do well, I am a big fans of simple sites to get my news from. I think that I am not alone in this. As long as you have a lot of fresh content and it's from interesting sources it should do well.
