The perfect link

This is my version of a perfect link for SEO purpose

1) from a authority site in the same niche
2) on a page that has content related to my niche
3) link is inside content
4) anchor text is my primary keyword
5) there is only one link (my link) in that article and little to none outbound link on the page

what's your version?

great list. from what i remember reading .edu and .gov do not matter anymore. good luck on the pr10.

 

that's almost perfect and since it's going to be the perfect one - I would add, that the link is from a competitor's site
