The Peon is crying!

I revoked my subscription to World of Warcraft after playing it for a month, and couldn't help but laugh at the guilt trip Blizzard puts players through.

They literally try to hard. They show a peon crying, and say "Are you sure you want to do this?! the peon is crying!" and then you have to select why you are quitting, and then they give you a big list of reasons why you shouldn't.

Finally, at the end, they show a peon full on having a panic attack and spilling tears with the caption "Now the peon is full on crying! you should feel shame!"

I wonder just how many people felt bad for the peon and continued their subscription...

    Thats a good. lol

I don't play WOW, I play lineage 2 which is very similar. I play free private servers and never paid to play the official server. I even launched my own lineage 2 forum !!

Lineage is way harder than WOW according to those who played both.

I just didn't like how much time it took to do anything fun. Got repetitive too!

At first, I thought "This is amazing!"

Then, the power leveling set in and I caught myself asking "Why am I doing this?"

Overall, it made me feel really unproductive.

Your not alone. Anyone who plays wow or lineage 2 or any similar game, has the same feelings.

I don't play lineage 2 much now due to the fact that I would have spend a huge amount of time to get to lvl 80. Then you would need to buy/craft armor, weapons...etc As you said, it will take forever to lvl a good character, then you might start having pk-pvp fun.

Now I play just to stay updated, because im running a forum about lineage 2 and its getting some serios traffic so I can't just close it.
