The latest Quinnipiac University swing state poll confirms that the Sarah Palin bounce is long gone as Obama is leading McCain beyond the margin of error in Colorado (49%-45%), Michigan (48%-44%), and Wisconsin (49%-42%). His lead in Minnesota (47%-45%) is within the margin of error.

What do you say? Is it all over for Palin and McCain?

Obama is also starting to hit back pretty hard in his commercials, the gloves are off so to speak. Sure that's part of it as well.

I don't care if an ad is an attack ad or not, I honestly wish they would be truthful. Shouldn't our politicians have to be honest in their ads like our companies are supposed to be?

Polls aren't very good indicators at all, but I'm not really surprised about the turnout on the polls. Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota are all traditionally Democratic states anyhow. I think that McCain needs to get back and focus more on New Mexico, Colorado, and Virginia. As well as make sure he holds a firm ground on Ohio and Florida. He'll also need to steal one of the other close states to secure a victory.

Wisconsin is much closer than you think, I would not say it's 'solid' democrat by any stretch of the imagination.

Grim, yes, but my comment was that Wisconsin is traditionally a Democratic state. From 1992 until now, Wisconsin has always given their electoral votes to the Democratic candidate. Wisconsin would be icing on the cake since it is normally a Democratic state, but I don't necessarily consider it a must win and would expect that state to go to the Democrats.

So you finally see some light? Pretty sad they sue for anything and everything these days. After trying to steal the elections through lawsuits, this group of scum lawyers will stoop to suing your grandma for not voting for them.

These polls are screwed. I happened to look at all the polls you mentioned and their sources are from 73% democrats so of course its going to have a left swing.

Don't get me wrong, I am no fan of McCain, all I am saying is those polls are grossly inaccurate.
