Also noticed some changes to sites I monitored, inner pages got a green on the toolbar while the main site is showing a pr0

 

Ok only now have I noticed some changes. A site of mine has gone from PR0 to PR3. I don't know when it updated but it must have been recently.

 

I have my sites fluctuating their pageranks in last few days.
Yesterday I bought a site with PR4 and now it is showing PR4 in 50% datacenters and no PR in rest.
Hope it will be restored back soon.

 

I personally don't give a damn about PR anymore, its good for link selling and everything but nothing more. I got 2 positions closer to the top this past month and thats all I care about

 

I lub PR. It's the scorecard. I can look at it and say, see, this is how much work I've done to get the search engines to like me.

 

Well it was around 3am here , so sorry But what I meant was the amount of link building I did, and the number of back links the site had shouldn't of kept it at as a pr0.

 

PR is still flipping thru datacenters..it shud hold still by midweek

 

I don't know if anyone else is seeing BL updates, but I checked on 3 of my sites and BL's have been updated. So gaygle is still wishy-washing around some.

 

I have had a few changes with my websites:
1 - 3
0 - 2
1 - 3

 

Are these changes recent (as in the last few days) or back from 9-10 January when the so called update occured ?

 

yes. the update of backlinks was after seeing nothing for any day previous to the post.

 

Okey great, then we are sure that it is still going on, thanks for the information.

 

Yay for PR toolbar updates. Finally people will accept link exchanges from my site! Before it was the same old story - "We only exchange links with PR3 pages and above"!

 

This is a "fake" update isn't it? Please don't tell me that Google doesn't have a more thorough updated planned. If so, having inner pages that rank while the home page is a Big Fat Zero makes no sense to me.

 

Now I am finding that Google is ranking my pages without the www. in front. Some of my sites that have a PR1 with the www. and without the www. Now some of my sites without the www. in front are gettting a PR2. And everywhere, where I have put my sites in the sig links and directories always had the www. in front. So I am still dazed and confused. Its a slow update I would say the least.

 

The pr update must still be in progress as my main site which ive spent thousands promoting, building links has still the same old crap PR whereas a site which i never built links for , i mean i didnt even get one link to it... has a PR3, lol.

 

There has to still be some type of PR going on because a few of my sites are still jumping around.

 

It could just be that you're seeing results from different data centers.

 

I would be happy if mine just did something!!! they are just sitting on 0... so boring
