Yes, it is very strange pr update.I have a directory with very strong backlinks and some PR7 backlinks and it is still PR0 although i've installed blog a month ago on it which is now PR5

Same here. Some inner pages showing PR3 but home page showing PR0

 

do u think that maybe the update is not done yet ? i hope i can get a decent pr

Well, I have seen no changes at all...how depressing!

 

It has started to happen from 2006 .. previous pr updates were used to be very smooth ... {maybe less ppl were awared}

I think Xinhua/CNN/BBC should report about PR updates from now .....

 

I have had changes on all of my web sites!!

 

I am just now beginning to see very slight changes through one Data Center. Seems as if everyone is on Dig Pagerank right now because I keep getting internal service errors!

For those of you who are depressed about your PR, it ain't over until it is over!

Yes it lost in early 2006 {probably Feb} when it comes to pagerank thing

From what I've got, I believe it's using the new updated google datacenter so it's pretty accurate.

This update isn't too good for me. One of my sites has dropped pr and another has gotten to pr3 from pr0 which is pretty much useless as far as link selling goes. I think you guys are right it is updating in alphabetic order. Still waiting for another domain that begins with a "w".

 

I have seen updates start and finish in 1 hours time. I have seen them where they took over a day. And I have seen them start, pause, and stay frozen for 2 weeks. Sooo...

Who knows. Personally I am most curious of anyone seeing any non-PR0 pages changing. This would be people who also knew that for the past 5 months or so that the DC's were showing 2 sets of PR, and not get confused by that. Oh, and not people losing PR altogether, I already know of one banned site that finally lost it's PR.

Last year Google did an update where only new pages got PR, but that included interior pages, not just new sites. They might be doing something funky like that again, might be too early to tell tho. So, if anyone has changed PR from pages that weren't PR0 before, or new PR on interior pages with sites where the homepage already had PR, then afaik that would be news to this thread and something we haven't seen yet.
