    Thanks for the advice.

I am still indexed with Google. Both the http: and the http://www are indexed they are also both ranked PR0 now.

Previously the www was PR4 and the http: was PR3

I did used to have more content on the front page until I changed the site over to Wordpress. Also I have indeed lost a lot of backlinks...most of those backlinks would have been pointed to the top domain www.thethoughts.co.uk so perhaps those links have disappeared because the top domain now longer as anything worthwhile on it?

If I have been penalized for any of this...how long could it be until I get a rank again?

Well the next update won't be until late summer now. The PR update is only done every 3-4 months.

Out of 6 sites I've seen changes so far on three of them. One went from a 5 to a 4, another from a 2 to a 3 and the third from a 4 to a 3. The others stayed at 3, 3 and 0 respectively. I'm hoping this is not quite over yet, because I've been working my ass off to get my directory back up to 5 from 3 and it hasn't gone anywhere yet.

this pretty much goes to show how little that number means when it comes to what a site ranks and can rank for.

All mine are showing as all DCs the same. None of my blogs did anything. They are hosted at blogger.com and they stayed at zero. One is new but one is over a year old and I submitted a crap load of backlinks. My little over a month old site finished at PR3 and all subpages are PR2. I think it is over because all the page checkers are showing the same now.

The thread is old but it has been going for a few weeks and is an active thread. Every webmaster forum on the net has been talking about the update for a few days.
