    I had a site go from 3 to 4 & one new site a few months old now and a new blog go from ZERO to 5....i was shocked but i am not complaining, We have been doing steady press releases & article submissions along with updateing website content. We are not complaining ! But pleasantly surprised!

    Since updation proces is going on, you can't predict what would happen to your site. Some of the PR-0 sites with PR-5 will again fall to PR-2. The confirmed PR is known only after couple of weeks... (one of my PR-2 site got PR-4 in this PR update process)

    Most of my older sites (around 130 of them) are showing a decrease in page rank by one. So the ones which were Pr6 are now PR5 and which were PR5 are now PR4. :( But new sites of mine has got some better page ranks. Some of the new sites have got Pr6 from PR0, though I was expecting PR5 only.

    So overall, not a very good update for me. So I think its time for me to start link building for my websites again.

    Yep, PR is updating. I have had 1 site go from PR6 - PR5 and another one go from PR5 - PR4 for some of the pages.

    Even though I have done the most advertising that I have ever done over the last 2 months, my PR has dropped. I have bought sigs here, I have bought builk loads of directory submissions, I have done alot of article marketing, etc.

    That is one reason why I don't bother with PR. All of the above that I have done was only done for the advertising / traffic benefit and not for PR or Google ranking gains. I have noticed a slight increase in my traffic which is the main thing.

    Increase in BackLink but loss in PR.
    My sites backlink increase from 1800 to 2500 but it lost its PR from 6 to 4.
    What kind of update is this..

    :( I even checked pr4 directories listed on vilesilencer. Many of them were degraded as well.!

    This PR was not good for me.. no change in PR of main page. PR of some of my inner pages seems down.. Decreament in BackLinks also observed.

    One of my 1 month old blog jumps to PR3 from PR2.
