The Otaku Blog -- please take a look

I started up this blog a few weeks ago and am working on getting some quality articles and news up. I was wondering if you could take a look at it and tell me what you think?

Looks good.. but the header is too big.. The height I mean, that it pushes down the content below by line of sight. See if you can decrease the height of header.. You would accordingly have to redesign th graphics.

The width of the blog .. the whole content is too large that it breaks even in my 1024X768 display.. Breaks as in I get a horizontal scroll bar in my firefox
