The Opening Of A New Chapter

I've visited DP many times before,
Yet never said hello.
Users would think me very rude,
If, of my visiting, they only new.

I've searched for information,
Littering pages with my many hits.
I've worked my way through engaging posts,
Reading, literally and metaphorically, bit by bit.

But today I had a sudden thought,
A fleeting idea so rudely caught,
To not rethink and not release,
Instead the register button to seek.
