    many of you complaint about withdrawal.dont they send money to bank accounts really?i got money last week without any problem.but you scared me and i hesitate withdrawing money for the next time.the offical Payza moderator could you please give an explanation?

    I am also not able to use my CC to add funds. I have already added funds by this method but now I keep getting an error that says CC is under maintenance. This has been several days now and is truly an inconvenience to have this go on for so long. When will this be available again.

    What withdrawal method did you select? If a withdrawal exceeds the advertised time frame, the issue usually lies with external factors we have no control over such as the postal service. If you have a bank account and are located in a country where we support localized banking I suggest you go with the bank transfer withdrawal option.

    My ticket id is: GLZ-759-86839
    I have a big problem, I sent 815 euro to payza on June 1st, since then no money on my payza account. The problem is that I transferred the money from my bank account as a transfer, with wired details. Now my question is, when will I get money, and can I get it onto my payza account I need it there fast as I have to pay someone 800 euros by tomorrow. Please reply asap, thanks in advance.

    We are now offering localized banking in to all US based members. This means if you are one of our US based member you will be able to initiate a free bank transfer deposit while our developers work on an update for our credit card deposit feature.     No, i will use it for an adult membership website.
    So members can be premium member for a monthly fee.

    In the past Alertpay allowed it but last years and the switch to Payza it does not.
    Really don't know why...

    Hello, I've been scammed someone during currency exchange. I've opened a dispute very quickly, could you tell me if the disputed funds are frozen, or can the person who scammed me still use or withdraw them?

    Also will I be punished for trying to exchange currency for another payment processor? I only did it because my country doesn't have any means of withdraw at the moment.

    I'm waiting for reply from Payza team, I've submitted evidence, I just hope I don't grow old before someone actually replies me, please start answering people's tickets.

    I submitted by uploading my verification documents via Ticket ID: CIT-358-98266. Until now my personal pro account is still not verified. I was told my ticket was located and will be looked into. It's already 3 weeks and still no verification. Payza Team please reply to me please.
