    From what I understand you are in correspondence with our help desk who are looking into your screenshots. They will need to investigate where the issue lies before they can get back to you. In the meantime I suggest looking at alternative methods such as submitting documents for verification purpose. Let me know if you need an explanation on what documents we are accepting.

    Advise your friend that we are working very hard to get to his issue resolved. Please mention to him that sending additional tickets actually lowers his priority in our queue. Our Treasury will inform him that his funds have been deposited once they conclude their investigation. For the most part, we find the majority of pending deposits are because the reference number was not included, or the bank deposit code was not correct or not included. We thank you and your friend for your patience while we work towards crediting the funds.

    I asked out treasury about your document and they had advised me that they require a scan of a transaction receipt or a screen shot from your online bank account in .pdf, or .jpg format. Let me know once you get that to them I will let them know.

    my problem with bankwire is from 04 April 2012,
    so pls get back my money in my payza account?

    I think two months is too much time for that or i'm wrong?

    My bank get back money to your bank in 16 May,
    and i have the document from my bank in last ticket.

    I was thinking to add Payza as payment gateway for my business but now after seeing this kind of ridiculous support, I doubt I'll use this anymore.

    Really a down company it is, i called to Payza for 7 days, no body pick up call. Registered with them and did not get a response, took 31 pounds to activate account and took 3 pounds for verification, don;t know how the fucking company they are, should be more positive.
