    I have applied for downgrading my business account for more than 20 days with several mails, but to no vail. My ticket id is: FHP 151 72724. I had opened this account by mistake because I did not knew the difference between different account status. Kindly give resolution as soon as possible. I would highly appreciate. And also I would like to know how to transfer money into my bank account in India. Because check is not working, its saying the service is temporarily unavailable and also bank transfer is not available so is bank wire transfer is very costly affair.

    I personally have 2 problems with the website:

    1- Nobody, ever, responds to the USA and Canada Phones..I've tried 4 times already
    2- I've been trying to get my business account approved for nearly a month, sent 2 tickets, tried calling via phone..to no avail..

    Could you please help me out?

    I want to know who are your authorized exchangers as of now!! Why are some of the exchangers who have been in business with Alertpay, like xchanger.org, not yet resumed exchanging Payza?

    Verified members will be able to initiate wire withdrawals. You should be able to initiate a wire withdrawal in USD GBP or in EUR. Let me know if you are still having issues.

    oh thank god, payza team , you are great I just checked out and my account is really downgraded. Payza rocks and you support guys rock too. Can you tell us when bank and check withdrawal are going to be activated in India, we are facing a lot of difficulty in India to withdraw money from accounts. Thanks a lot by the way.

    I cant verified my bank account also my credit card still declined also I got message from support desk that wanted "screenshots" I mailed with 5 screen shots that I can not verified my bank account/credit card

    Hi marco,A friend of mine,fund his account on the 24th of april.Until today,the money is in his account but is still on pending.He send a lot of mail and a kopy of his bankaccount here in holland to prove thatthe money was the 24th of april sent to payza.Why is it still on pending???.I reccommended him payza.He need his money for justbeenpaid.
