    I want to know who are your authorized exchangers as of now!! Why are some of the exchangers who have been in business with Alertpay, like xchanger.org, not yet resumed exchanging Payza?

    The submitted photo ID won't be accepted if the document is expired. You might have to wait until you are issued your new version, a copy of a valid passport will also work.

    Hey ForumAdvertising,

    It seems you might have to manually add to your hotmail list.

    Go to account option ( in hotmail) the select "Mail" right under general, then: Safe and Block senders.

    Add to the safe list and request a new email validation link to be sent to you.

    Let me know if it worked out alright,

    Hi supersenwins,

    We put forth new terms to our old exchangers and gave them the option to board Payza as official exchangers. To date only one has decided to become an in/out exchanger alertexchanger.com (deposit/withdraw). All other authorized exchangers will be able to deposit into the Payza system.

    I am a Business Verified member of Payza. I want to accept Payza as payment on my MLM site. I just read it on Payza site:

    "Please note to accept credit card payment you need to complete the account verification and website review process."

    So Does it mean that i can put Payza on my site to take payments in Payza. but i cannot take Credit Card Payments through Payza on my site until my site is approved. Am i right here.

    so i assume i can take the payemnts in payza but not the credit card payements via payza. Right.

    Please reply to me if i am right here. thanks alot.

    Dear Payza teamI know your guys are busy, but My money transfer has been pending for more than 2weeks. I think I made a mistake when I do the money transfer(forget to mention my Bank deposit code). Please advise me a solution to find my money back ASAP! Please understand that I have wrote many so called ticket to Payza support team, but I got no reply at all. And I also tried to make phone call to Payza, none of them is reachable.

    Hi, Can you please check the following ticket - Ticket ID: RHJ-833-54783. I've transferred 500 Euros (Bank Wire) to my new payza account (this is turning out to be a painful first ride) and the account is still pending. All details were typed correctly, the reference number also. I've been waiting for 8 business days now. I see people here that have been waiting for month for their funds. Inconceivable.     Hello Payza Team,

    I've a PTC website so I need to use my Business Payza account. Due to your poor support my account is not activated and my member are waiting for payment.

    I sent a support ticket on 4th of June. Recently I followed that you just replied after 15-20 days later.

    I already completed Phone and corporate verification,

    I submitted proper documents on " Ticket ID: CEZ-631-36129 "

    1> My Id proof.
    2> My address proof.
    3> My Tax Registration Id Proof.

    for verify my Business Payza

    But I do not know that what happened exactly. Because I got a reply

    As I'm from India and India is a republic country so we have to give Vote for elect our prime minister.

    So in our country, Id of "Election Commission of India" is the only national Id Proof. According to Payza rule I've to give either Country ID or State /Provincial ID. So my Voter Id card is the only ID.


    I think you might not checked my Id proof properly so denied my submitted proof.

    So, I submitted my Voter Id (Issued by Election Commission of India), one and only national Id of our country, as my Photo Id.

    2> I also submitted back copy of that Id card. Because my address is printed on that section

    In our country we have to provide that single Id card's copy for my own Id Proof and address proof to all Government Places . So I submitted scanned copy the same Id card.

    If You have time to reply here on the forum. Why there is no man power to help, people who are struggling with liquidity because of Your failures?
    Marco, it must be the priority for Your TEAM to support us.... it's been over a month, without any information:

    The user doesn't speak English. Tell, me what is difficult to put money manually on Payza?
    Because of NO proper description in the payment made to Payza You cannot map it for over one month? If it's so difficult then change the process!

    Can "Barwill" - (his Payza user name) claim his interest given from the bank to be covered by Payza?

    I am looking forward for Your reply....

    Hi marco, I am a account holder on payza, I have issues with treasury confirming my transfer And forwarding credit to my account, I have submitted all documents and have been waiting for ages for my account to be credited, [#CPB-810-39740]: TICKET NUMBER SWQ 422-32907, I did the transfer on the 6/6/12 17 days ago. I have submitted all the documents needed the delay is of huge concern to me because I wanted to send further transfers which are ready but if the maiden transfer is still not effected as at yet it doesn't speak well. I understand it could take a while to process transactions but 17 days? This is definitely bad for business, kindly assist since I need to conduct some serious transfers into my account and this is a big time put off .

    Hello Payza,

    Please take a look into my issue, Payza has withdraw money from my bank account for a bank deposit to AlertPay(Payza) that was done back in December. Payza took money from my bank account but did not deposit into my Payza account (and instead cancelled it). I've submit a ticket and it has been over one week without any reply: [#SDD-979-42447]

    Please also look into my other ticket where Payza has caused me sever loss in transaction fees due to the way you handled CC deposits and little to no documentation on how you handle it: [#QLD-527-77728]

    Both tickets have been submitted and have not had a reply for over a week.
    Calling does not help, I've been on hold for over 2 hours and get disconnected.
