    Hi Marco, My wire transfer has been pending for more than 7 weeks. I guess I am the record holder for the longest pending wire transfer. Why does it take so long, even after Payza has doubled the size of the support team? Support tickets: UTY-697-52321 and NCI-156-50739. Please let the banking department know that I have been waiting for my funds for over 7 weeks and have them looked into my support tickets immediately, thanks.

    I was thinking to add Payza as payment gateway for my business but now after seeing this kind of ridiculous support, I doubt I'll use this anymore.

    i requested my second withdrawal from PAYZA.previouos one was on 17th Of May.however this time a notification came to my mail.it says '' its your first withdrawal from payza so allow up additional 7 days to check ...... '' .but i need that money and cant wait 7 days

    @Payza Team what should i do?

    and i cant find how to send a ticket to them.is it from resolution center ? if yes , it shows only disputes??

    Thanks for the Payza Team. Withdrawing money from the Payza account to the Indian bank account should be considered positively. There are lot of Indians using the internet and Payza.

    i'm not a payza member yet, but i have a question. Currently my city (in Indonesia) is in the process of changing regular ID-card into RFID-card, while our city still in transition to this change, many of us have no valid ID-card, but we still carry expired ID-card until we can get the new RFID-card. Now my question is... can we use expired ID-card to verify our account and transfer money from our bank account?
