This is just hilarious... I wait 19 days already and no results.

You're saying Payza is back? I really hope this is true. I'll be gone the very next day they'll pay me my money...

The withdrawal always was done in 2-3 days, before alertpay becomes payza....but now the situation is the following:
only peoples ,who submite a ticket will get their withdrawed money, the rest will wait and wait and wait..the support is very slow, they need about 2 weeks to answer the ticket. In the most cases you will get only a automated message, but nothing resolved. So you are forced to submite another ticket, which will give you another 2 weeks waitting time and so on.
This is why i recommend to use payza only for online purchases. Now,it is very hard to get your money in your hands.
I think payza is on the good way to close their service.Banned by MC,all UK accounts are limited etc.

Payza support is more sleeping than on stand-by. They have frozen the funds in my account 3 days ago, ask me to reply as fast as I can and then ignore your message, even when you submit another support ticket. Worst service ever.

the slogan for Payza, if your money's not there yet, THERE'S AN EXCUSE FOR THAT.

they have great excuses but the fact is the longer they keep your money in THEIR bank account the more interest they can generate to make themselves more money.

you can go ahead and call customer service and they will explain that it takes 24 days to send a letter from new york to ohio. Hmm I called the post office and they said the MOST it could take is 4 business days (counting saturdays).

I have a "completed" transaction from October 3rd that they claim they sent over a week ago but no money to be found.

    They blame postal service.

Every day longer they can hold your money the more money they make.

Employees have no incentive to make sure you get your money quickly, infact it is quite the reverse. They pay employee incentives to get you to wait longer for your money. Why else would customer service so easily lie to you?

The fact is that if they are mailing from inside the usa, and you live in the USA, that if they mail it on friday that you would get it at the LATEST the following friday.

But customer support will say it could take 24 days?

they will cancel the transaction but the $15 fee you paid to get the money on your account will not be returned. they will reissue the transaction and again charge you an additional $15.

So nice isn't they will eat your money with fees until you learn to let them borrow it so they can earn interest off your money.

and even if they return your the initial fee of $15 they will get to keep your money for a month before you see it. On another site members were saying that they paid $15 for a bank transfer and it took 45 days to get the money.

They keep charging me fees for being over $300 but I am not over $300 they just wont release my money. I have checks completed for more than 25 days.

if you did a bank transfer unless it has been 45 days payza won't do anything about it, other than charge you a fee.

I had been waiting for a check for more than 30 days and they said it was the post office but they said they could reissue the check, which means that if the check came the next day it would be invalid and worthless, and I would have to wait another month to get it.
