    On 18th October 2012 you basically shut down UK accounts to make changes. I rely on Payza to sell services at my sites, so I'm losing money daily while these changes are being made as I need to be able to receive money, that's what I mainly use Payza for. When are you going to allow UK accounts to receive money? Are you ever going to allow us to receive money, or are Payza pulling out of the UK, because this doesn't look very encouraging at all?

    payza is the slowest.

    I asked for a check on october 3rd and it has not come yet. customer support says "we are behind, sorry"

    12 weeks?

    so you are throttling the interest in this 12 week time period, you do not want to make it faster or you lose money.

    I think in 12 weeks I could have walked to montreal.

    if you need money FAST, then you need paypal.

    By the time the money comes from payza, your power would be shut off, because waiting for money, and you would be homeless (because rent was due 9 weeks ago)with nowhere to send the check to because they are so slow.

    Its almost over 2 months without any type of help from Payza Team for me, for my $100 USD, which was not added to my e-wallet, It said transaction failed, But my cash got deducted from Bank account, by the debit card I used to refill the wallet. there were several failed attempt of $20 s, $10 s and $5 s..
    I reported this 2 months ago.. I got reply from you guys, that it will be pushed to banking dept. to solve, and yet my money is not back?? I mean I never got any reply from the f*cking banking dept or any rubbish!
    I am tired of this now! I think, I would use any payment gateway, any e-wallet, But Payza, it sucks, and so does their customer support! I even called them about this problem, and they said there is nothing they can do..

    So the moral or the whole story is... Payza is a thief! Nothing more!

    These are the transactions in my bank account for those failed attempt.. Which never got refunded by payza..

    I been waiting a month for my first check.

    I tried signing up for the debit card but they say that they are "out of them" I think it is a convenient way to keep my money. and simply every day claim that the check is in the mail.

    Interesting there is no tracking on these checks, I think they do not want them tracked so they can not issue you a check and say it is in the mail.

    They even asked you to send proof in the form of a physical document?! Don't tell me you just wanted to withdraw your funds to bank account. I requested the withdrawal two weeks ago but still nothing. I send about 5 messages to their support but what they answer every time is nonsense. They obviously don't want to pay their users looking for delays like saying everything is ok or asking for more documents. It's the first time I hear they want a physical document. I'm too from Poland and I don't see the point of sending physical documents. When I read what issues with Payza people have I'm really afraid I'm not gonna see my money again.

    Anyway I'm asking all users who want to start using Payza - please don't do it!
