    I did not know that Payza had a thread here. Thank you for making yourself available in Digital Point. I have used a little Payza but not as extensively as another processor I am more used too,

    then I tried to log into my account but I could not. Then I reset my password and when I tried to log into Payza told me that my account is restricted.

    I created a ticket as the email say but I have not received any news yet.

    is payza a partner of payoneer ? can I use my Payoneer US payment service (bank account) to withdraw from Payza ?

    and when verifying the account, I discovered that MasterCard is not accepted, so I have to order your VISA card ...
    I found a pre registration banner when I first logged in , so I pre registered ..

    will the card ordering process be available anytime soon ?

    im really sad with payza i got a payment from a customer im totally verified my customer report to payza that he got my services up to date but payza just frozen my funds without any reason they dont contact to my customer at any time anyway my customer open a ticket and report situation also i did 2 tickets without any reply so im really sad about payza support and them actions with my money.

    Marco, maybe you could help me get this VERY SERIOUS issue resolved. I had some funds stolen from my account by a hacker almost 2 months ago now!!!!! I alerted Payza support about this in mid-September. At that time, they assured me that all the funds would be back in my account with 5 business days.....well, 3 weeks went by and still NOTHING in my account. So, I contacted support again (by phone) and I was told the funds would be in my account in 3-10 business days:

    I verified with my Account security department and they confirmed me that they did not have any registries for those transactions. We pushed those transactions to be reversed as of today, it will take approximately 3-10 business days to have those transactions return to your account.

    We deeply apologize about the current situation but rest assured that those amount have been declared compromised so they will be back on your account eventually.

    That was on October 2nd!!!!!!! Now 28 days and STILL NOTHING! Talk about FRUSTRATING!

    Marco, if you could look into this and maybe get it resolved, I would appreciate it. Here is the ticket info:
