    Dear Payza team,My account access was restricted today morning, I don´t know why.It´s a personal pro account verified, however it´s verified only by my creditcard.So, I submited a ticket in Payza suport, that I atach a ID with photo and proof of my adress.Ticket ID. #EOK-936-12163I´ll be very thankful if you can chek the issue for a fast resolution, because I need the account funds to work!Many Thanks

    I've never had any problems using Payza (AlertPay). Try reading their ToS if your illegal activities broke the agreement you've made once you've registered with them.

    Oh my God! What kind of customer support does PAYZA have?! They don't even attempt to reply my email!asking and begging them to please update my account co'z I really need this for my daily online transaction.They just restricting my account without any notice and explanation.For God sake,it's my hard earned money!I'm still hoping that PAYZA team will help us here.I just observe that I'm not alone here having this kind of issue,mostly of their client undergo this problem.Hope they will pay attention with regards to this matter.PAYZA team please help us!

    Why my receiving transactions are still ON HOLD even after 7 days ?, Usually all my receiving transactions through my websites will be completed within 3 days after put on HOLD, but now What Happened ??.. I running my websites over 60days without any issues.

    Just today I noticed that my many transactions are still ON HOLD even after 8 days from Received .. What Happened Now ?
